  1. Divide the sketch paper into equal squares to form a tic-tac-toe board with a border around it.

  1. Decorate the border of your gameboard with spooky things. If you like, label the top “Spooky Tic-TacToe”.

  1. To create pumpkins for the O’s, curve 1 orange stem into a circle and twist the ends together. Press in the top to form a divot, then twist a green chenille stem into the divot. You will need 5 pumpkins.
